I'm not very much of a worrier, but I borrowed this book from a friend. You can never get too much help - right? I found that some of his advice I was already following. One of the things I do when a potential worrying event is coming up is to look at the worst case scenario and decide beforehand how I would handle it. Once I have thought of the solution I can put the matter aside. Usually the situation turns out to be a lot tamer than our imagination can conjure up. Another wise friend often said "Fear is a Liar."
Worrying destroys our ability to concentrate and causes health problems.
This would be a great book if worrying is something you want to conquer on your New Year's Resolution list.
