I've always enjoyed Rosamunde Pilcher's books because they are usually set in Cornwall, somewhere dear to my heart, but Under Gemini mostly takes place in Scotland.
While I still enjoyed the novel with its twists and turns and family secrets, I found most of the story to be unbelievable. Flora didn't remember her mother and was brought up by her father in Cornwall. The family deceptions quickly unraveled when she comes across a relative previously unknown to her and she is manipulated into a trip to Scotland.
