I first saw Miranda Hart on the Graham Norton Show (we get it on BBC America) and have been a fan ever since. She has since been on Miranda (televised on PBS) and plays Chummy in Call the Midwife. You can listen to her talk about the upcoming season of Call the Midwife here.At over six feet tall Miranda Hart gets herself into awkward situations which are enhanced by her blabbering and she shares these in Is it Just Me? during conversations with her 18 year old self.
The written word is just as funny as her comedy shows and I could almost hear her talking as I read the book. She's further endearing as she refers to the reader as My Dear Reader Chum (MDRC).
Miranda in any situation is hilarious and I had several laugh out loud moments while reading Is It Just Me?
