I began reading The Age of Desire by Jennie Fields this week. I think the cover with its rich colors is amazing. Set in 20th century Paris during the Gilded Age, the story is of Edith Wharton's affair with journalist Morton Fullerton. So far I'm enjoying the book, but do find present tense books annoying which makes it difficult to be immersed in the story.
The book was a giveaway - a big thank you to Mason at Thoughts in Progress. You can read her review and author interview here.
