Is Jodi Arias a Victim or Sociopath?

If you've been following the Jodi Arias Trial, you know that she violently killed her boyfriend and claims it was in self defense following abuse. But was this self defense or is Jodi Arias a sociopath? After all, she was stalking him for sometime before the murder. I came across an interesting article today on Fox News Live. The warning here is that there is no diagnosis that defines her behavior so if you are in an obsessive relationship, watch out.

I have been watching the trial since Arias has been testifying. I most certainly do not see her as a victim. She is a pitiful person, yet the spectre of Travis Alexander and the horror of his death is deeply disturbing. While she may be a "victim" of her mental/social disabilities, Travis Alexander is her victim. So sad and painful.

I don't know anything about the case but stalking the victim certainly doesn't seem to fit a claim of self-defense.

She says she doesn't remember stabbing him 26 times and was in a "fog". She has told so many lies. It seems obvious to me that this was premeditated and he was not a threat to her when she drove from California to Arizona to see him after he broke up with her. She took gas in gas cans and rented a car (turned the license plate upside down) so that there would be no evidence of her having been in Arizona
