Oh my gosh, I need to bake some cookies.
Cute. No time....no time. I feel like the white rabbit that's late....
Oh dear. Something else to make me nervous about how far behind I am on everything!!!Pat
Charming calendar! Thanks for stopping by my decafe-laden blog. Finding the turtle was a delight. Our pond is full of turtles of several kinds, but we seldom catch them laying eggs. However, once I was expecting English friends who were visiting our rural home for the first time. Being as silly as I can be, I decided to wear an equally silly tiara while I was waiting for our guests on the porch. Wouldn't you know, I spotted a huge turtle, laying eggs, just at the turn in the driveway. Our guests might drive right over her before they could stop, I thought. Nothing to do but rescue the turtle, which I did, wearing my royal regalia. They took pictures! And you may not want to learn the details of my night-gown clad slide down the bank of the pond, to have a tug-of-war with a "bald" turtle who was attempting to murder (and then dine on) a duck. Turtles are more fierce than you might know! (And just imagine how verbose I'd be if I drank caffeine!) Have a lovely Christmas and thanks again for stopping by.
How cute. I love this countdown.
